OK for those members that had the account renewal not extended their membership. You should all be back online. All systems should be up and running. Now we just need some aurora.  If anyone is still having problems please let me know. -Troy

Not so junk mail folder

Site Fixes

I'm still fighting with my payment program over the renewals. I have also found out that my Junk mail folder is scoping up some of the mails from my members. I reply to 100% of E-mail regarding this site. If you have sent me a E-mail and a reply was not received there is a good chance that it was sent to my Junk mail folder.  I plan on looking through my transactions tonight to make sure everyone is back online that had a renewal failure.

Please note that I'm working on this issue and I hope to have it fixed as soon as possiable so this doesn't effect future members of the site.  Thank you very much for your support.  If you have any problems please E-mail me. I will be watching the junk mail folder a lot closer.... -Troy

PayPal Renewals

For those members that have been with the site long enough to have your membership renewal through Pay-Pal there is a small problem. The renewal is $20.00 a year and not $19.99!  Also it seems that in some cases it will not add the renewal to the database. If anyone is having problems after a renewal please E-mail me and i will look into it ASAP.  As for as that 1 extra cent goes.   I can add some more time onto your subscription but this is manual and you will have to E-mail me to let me know.

For future members of the site. This issue should be worked out asap. So i shoudn't ding you for the extra cent!

Thank you all for your support of this site.  -Troy
